Ballerina Michaela DePrince, who passed away at the age of 29, left poignant final Instagram post

The Sierra Leonean ballerina, known for her appearances on Dancing with the Stars and in Beyoncé’s Lemonade music video, shared a photo of herself in an all-black Nike outfit, accompanied by a peace sign emoji.

The post also featured Khalid’s song “Better,” with the lyrics: “Nothing feels better than this, nothing feels better.”

DePrince’s death occurred just one week after her adoptive mother, Elaine ‘Mamma E’ DePrince, also passed away.

The tragic news was shared by DePrince’s sister, Mia DePrince, on Instagram. The family has not yet disclosed the cause of death for either Michaela or ‘Mamma E.’
