Tasha admitted she was initially hesitant to continue their communication upon discovering Marko was only 16, but his persistence led her to agree to a date. They enjoyed a meal and a movie together, and Tasha expressed that she was pleased she did.
During the interview, Tasha defended their relationship, highlighting that Marko demonstrates a level of maturity beyond most 16-year-olds.
She downplayed their age difference, saying, “I don’t focus on his age like everyone else does. People are fixated on his age and claim, ‘You like younger men.’ But it’s not about that for me.”
Tasha also addressed concerns about the age gap, rejecting accusations of grooming. She emphasized that Marko initiated the contact and that he, too, dismissed claims of exploitation. “F**k that! I’m not being groomed,” Marko stated on the podcast.
It is important to note that their relationship is legal in the UK, where the age of consent is 16, although they continue to face public scrutiny.
