American rapper Travis Scott has been released without facing any charges following his arrest in connection with an incident at his Paris hotel during the 2024 Olympics, according to his representatives.
The 33-year-old recording artist was taken into custody early Friday morning after a dispute with his bodyguard at the luxury Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris.
On Saturday, his representatives issued a statement confirming that “Travis Scott has been released with no charges filed.”
A separate report says: “He was arrested over an argument with his bodyguard over getting harassed and swarmed dangerously,” by paparazzi.” An insider said to the magazine.
“French police overreacted and arrested and held him for 24 hours over an argument. [There was] no violence.”
