Travis Kelce, known for his recent high-profile relationship with singer Taylor Swift, is the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end and has just won his third Super Bowl ring. His brother Jason Kelce, who retired this year after a 13-year career with the Philadelphia Eagles, joins him in this venture.
The Kelce brothers have signed with Amazon’s podcast studio Wondery for their “New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce” podcast. The deal includes exclusive ad-sales and distribution rights for all current and future audio and video episodes, as well as their entire back catalogue.
“New Heights,” now in its third season, is a popular sports podcast offering commentary, insights, and interviews about the NFL. It is highly ranked among sports podcasts, especially during football season, according to the press release.
In a joint statement on Tuesday, the Kelce brothers expressed their enthusiasm: “We love this show and the fanbase that has grown with us over the last two seasons. We are excited to partner with Wondery for this new chapter of the podcast and look forward to reaching new heights.”
Aaron Eanes, co-founder of A&A Management, which represents Travis, added, “We’re thrilled about this new chapter with Wondery.”
The deal takes effect this month, aligning with the start of the new NFL season.
While the distribution deal is with Wondery, listeners can still access “New Heights” on other platforms like Spotify or Apple Music. However, Wondery+ subscribers will enjoy perks such as ad-free episodes and early access to new content.
