The future King of Jordan, 30, shared a heartwarming photo of himself cuddling with his newborn daughter.
Princess Iman, who was born on August 3rd, was dressed in a pink giraffe-print sleepsuit, snuggled against her father’s shoulder as Hussein gazed lovingly at her.
In the caption, he wrote in Arabic, “The best morning before work,” followed by, “With my precious one.”
The Crown Prince, dressed in his military uniform, was pictured with his daughter in a beautifully decorated bedroom featuring a patterned rug, neutral-colored furnishings, and a toy box with a stuffed unicorn peeking out.
This sweet moment comes just days after Hussein’s mother, Queen Rania, shared a photo of herself and her husband, King Abdullah, spending time with their first grandchild.
In the image, baby Iman slept peacefully in her grandmother’s arms while the King and Queen relaxed in their living room. Queen Rania captioned the photo, “So much cuteness in my arms.”
New parents Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa made their first public appearance with their baby girl on August 7th, leaving the hospital together. Rajwa looked stunning in a blue and white patterned shirt dress as Hussein carried Princess Iman in her baby seat to their car outside the King Hussein Medical Center in Amman.
Hussein and Rajwa were married on June 1, 2023, with royal guests from monarchies around the world, including the Prince and Princess of Wales, in attendance. The Royal Hashemite Court announced the couple’s pregnancy in April, coinciding with Rajwa’s 30th birthday.
Rajwa made several public appearances during her pregnancy, including at King Abdullah’s Silver Jubilee celebration in June.
Despite being the firstborn child of the heir to the throne, Princess Iman is not in the line of succession to the Jordanian throne, as only male heirs are eligible.
King Abdullah and Queen Rania also have three other children: Princess Iman, who married Jameel Alexander Thermiótis in March 2023, Princess Salma, and Prince Hashem.
