Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), has released a photo of Amaka Patience Sunnberger, a Nigerian woman heard in a viral audio clip threatening to poison and kill other Nigerians in Canada.
Sunnberger made these threats during a discussion on a TikTok space, expressing that Igbos have been marginalized by other tribes and should be eradicated.
She specifically threatened to poison the meals of her Yoruba colleagues at work upon her return the next day.
Dabiri-Erewa noted that Sunnberger has since deleted her TikTok account and stated that a group of Nigerians is officially reporting her to Canadian authorities.
“Here is the photo of the woman behind the voice, Amaka Patience Sunnberger. She has removed her TikTok account, and a group of Nigerians in Canada are reporting her to the appropriate Canadian authorities. Thank you for bringing this to everyone’s attention,” Dabiri-Erewa said.
