Anant Ambani, aged 29 and the son of India’s wealthiest individual, Mukesh Ambani, celebrated his marriage to Radhika Merchant, daughter of prosperous pharmaceutical magnates Viren and Shaila Merchant, on Friday, July 12, with an opulent and highly attended wedding costing $600 million.
As part of the festivities, Anant presented his friends with limited edition Rose Gold Audemars Piguet watches valued at $200,000 each to mark the occasion of his union.
Anant’s father, Mukesh Ambani, ranks as the world’s ninth richest person according to Forbes, with a net worth estimated at $123 billion.
