Singer Celine Dion Reportedly Set To Earn $2 Million For Performing A Single Song At The Opening Ceremony Of The Paris Olympic Games

Canadian singer Celine Dion is reportedly set to earn $2 million for her performance at the Paris Olympic Games opening ceremony on Friday.

The 56-year-old icon is preparing to return to the stage for the first time since disclosing her 17-year battle with Stiff Person Syndrome.

Celine had previously vowed to make a comeback despite her condition, saying she would perform “even if she has to crawl.”

It has now been confirmed that she will make her return in Paris, where she is expected to earn a substantial fee for singing just one song.

Sources told TMZ that Dion is “getting ready to take the stage on Friday” and is “feeling fine” despite her ongoing health issues.

In December 2022, Celine revealed that she had been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, a rare disorder causing severe muscle spasms and rigidity in the torso and limbs.
