Shannen Doherty left behind instructions for her remains and shares who she does NOT want at her funeral

Cancer-stricken Shannen Doherty left behind very specific instructions for her loved ones as to what she wanted done to her remains upon her death.

The 90210 star — who tragically passed away on Saturday at age 53 — opened up about her funeral plans and and burial arrangements while on her Let’s Be Clear podcast in January.

WHAT SHE SAID

‘I want [my remains] to be mixed with my dog, and I want it to be mixed with my dad. I do not want to be buried and not cremated,’ she explained.

The raven haired starlet also suggested the mixture be spread in Malibu, California, where she and her father spent ‘precious time’ together.

She also expressed interest in her loved ones using her mixed remains as fertilizer and ‘grow them into a tree’.

Her father, John Thomas Doherty passed away in 2010 at age 66 after a lengthy health battle.

PEOPLE SHE DOESN’T WANT AT HER FUNERAL

In the same podcast episode, the actress opened up about who she does not want at her funeral, explaining that she wants it to be a more private affair.

‘There’s a lot of people that I think would show up that I don’t want there. I don’t want them there because their reasons for showing up aren’t necessarily the best reasons,’ she explained.

‘Like, they don’t really like me and, you know, they have their reasons and good for them, but they don’t actually really like me enough to show up to my funeral,’ she went on.

She went on express that some would attend her memorial services out of ‘pressure.’

She said: ‘[They’ll show up] because it’s the politically correct thing to do, and they don’t want to look bad, so I kinda want to take the pressure off them and I want my funeral to be like a love fest
