In the stunning snapshots of the occasion, the monarch wore a striking summer blue Ralph Lauren linen suit adorned with white pinstripes. She elegantly swept her long hair back into a relaxed ponytail, complemented by standout accessories such as a beautiful Prada tote bag and 18-carat gold necklaces.
One necklace featured a diamond medallion with the initials of her four children—C for Christian, V for Vincent, I for Isabella, and J for Josephine. The second necklace paid tribute to her husband, King Frederik, with an F-shaped pendant.
To add to her ensemble, Mary chose statement gold ‘ocean shield’ earrings from the jewelry brand Elhanati. She completed her look with stylish blue sunglasses that perfectly matched the hues of her Ralph Lauren outfit.
Mary’s chic summer attire seemed to be her second outfit of the day, as Prince Christian and his classmates changed into special graduation uniforms at Ordrup Gymnasium in Copenhagen.
Proud mother Mary, accompanied by King Frederik and Christian’s sisters Isabella and Josephine, beamed with pride at his achievement. Mary was captured on camera filming her son and his peers as they exited the ceremony wearing traditional graduation hats called studenterhue.
The photos also captured the start of the students’ celebratory festivities, beginning with an exciting parade where they boarded buses, enjoyed drinks, and danced to music through the streets. The celebrations included stops at each student’s home, where families joined in the festivities.
