Love Island host Maya Jama has tears in her eyes during the show’s dramatic Casa Amor re-coupling, which sees several Islanders left brokenhearted.

DID MAYA JAMA CRY?

The presenter, 29, is visibly emotional as the couples are made to decide whether they want to stay with their previous partner or pair up with a new contestant.

PREDICTIONS

Viewers are already predicting heartache for Mimii Ngulube who is currently coupled up with Ayo Odukoya but the model has developed strong feelings towards bombshell Jessica Spencer, with the pair sharing a bed and passionately kissing.

Uma Jammeh has also been fretful over her reunion with Wil Anderson, who unbeknown to her, pursued his physical attraction towards Lucy Graybill.

Bosses have extended Thursday evening’s show to include all the dramatic action from the late-night filming, where Maya entered the villa wearing a red-hot latex dress.

WHY MAYA CRIED

A TV source said: ‘Maya feels connected to the Islanders… she struggled to hide her emotion during filming of the Casa Amor re-coupling.

‘It was tough for her to see the reaction from some of the girls, who were shocked to discover the level of betrayal demonstrated by their partner.

‘Some of the couples had been together for a significant number of weeks so it was particularly painful for those to reunite under different circumstances.

‘It was one of the most dramatic Love Island episodes ever filmed, so much so, bosses had to extend the show.’
