Kym Marsh has revealed a huge new tattoo of Cruella de Vil as she paid tribute to playing the iconic villain character on Instagram on Thursday.
The former Coronation Street star, 48, described the design as ‘perfect’ as she showed off the large black and red inking which was located on her ribcage.
She revealed having the artwork on her ribs was ‘sore’ but she got it done over a former design that ‘needed covering up’.
Kym wrote: ‘Thank you @jesswright_tattoo for my awesome Cruella tattoo. Needed something to cover up an old one and this is just perfect!
‘A great reminder of playing this Iconic villain! Although….. if you’re gonna have a tattoo gang….. ribs are SORE!!! Sorry Jess for the occasional swear word hahah. You’re an absolute genius!’
In one snap, Kym posed alongside the talented tattoo artist Jess Wright, before showcasing the tattoo in a second photo.
It is unclear what the large Cruella de Vil tattoo, which takes up a large area of Kym’s ribs, has replaced.
Fans were quick to take to the comments to say they ‘love’ Kym’s new inking and agreed that the ribs are a painful area to get a tattoo.
‘Yessss. oh lord ribs are unbearable aren’t they!! I felt like I was gonna pass out with mine’.
‘This is FABULOUS’.
