From young children perched on shoulders to groups of middle-aged friends and diverse fans, including Andrew Scott and Bridgerton’s Jonathan Bailey, who famously assisted the petite pop princess on stage, the adoration for Kylie spans across demographics.
Returning to BST after nine years, the 56-year-old singer appeared astonished by the immense turnout. She described herself as being “on cloud nine,” visibly moved as she expressed the profound significance of the evening. Miss Minogue also marveled at the sight of multiple generations coming together and expressed gratitude for the ongoing opportunity to perform year after year.

Her newer songs received an equally electrifying reception. During ‘All The Lovers,’ streamers cascaded down onto the crowd, while the finale ‘Love At First Sight’—a personal favorite of mine—sparked a dance frenzy as confetti erupted against the night sky.
The enthusiastic response to her Tension tracks, characterized by sultry lyrics and infectious club rhythms, underscored her cross-generational appeal. The album debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart in 2023, outselling the combined top eight records. Thus, when the infectious beat of lead single ‘Padam Padam’ kicked in, the audience erupted in wild applause.
Her fanbase demonstrated unwavering loyalty as well. When she brought out singers Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo for a lively rendition of their new single ‘My Oh My’—released just three days prior to the concert—those around me already knew every lyric. Admittedly, the chorus was succinct, but their commitment was evident.
