Actor Thomas Guiry, who was arrested earlier this month in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in connection with a series of violent incidents involving his neighbor … has pled guilty.
The 43-year-old actor ‘famous’ for playing the role of Scotty Smalls in the 1993 comedy The Sandlot, threw 35-pound dumbbell at neighbor’s Jeep and approaching front door with knife in hand and has been ordered by a judge to pay a $757 fine.
He pled guilty to assault and battery, disorderly conduct and malicious damaging.
COURT RULING
A judge ordered him to pay fines totaling $757 and was also given credit for time served following his arrest on June 2.Â
VICTIM STATEMENT
The victims said in court on Monday that there were about two hours of chaos consisting of yelling and screaming on the day of the incident as three calls were made to 911.Â
One of the victims also recalled how Guiry came to the front door with a knife and then followed her inside with the knife still in his hand before being confronted by her husband in the garage.
