Tory Lanez has received another setback, with news emerging that his wife, Raina Chassagne, has filed for divorce, according to court documents obtained by People.
The marriage between Lanez and Chassagne appears to be heading towards rough waters, as they have reportedly been married for just under a year, with the official date cited as June 25, 2023 — three months before Lanez began his 10-year prison sentence for shooting fellow rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the foot. The couple separated on June 1 of this year.
Chassagne cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for her filing and is seeking legal and physical custody of their seven-year-old son, Kai’lon.
