A car smashed through the wall of a busy McDonald’s restaurant in Doncaster.
DETAILS OF THE ROAD ACCIDENT
Pictures show a white Vauxhall hatchback with its front smashed in and debris all around as police inspect the dramatic scene.
The car hit the McDonald’s with such force that it ended up by the condiments section near the counter inside the restaurant.
Footage online shows a seeemingly disorientated man being handcuffed at the scene while shouting, ‘What’s going on?’
Other videos show a huge gaping hole in the building’s side after the car apparently crashed into a glass panel.
NUMBER OF INJURIES
A 37-year-old man has been taken to hospital following the crash while a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
Fortunately, the 37-year-old’s injuries are thought to be non-life-threatening.
