The duo, who have allegedly been ‘living apart’ for weeks, procured the residence while in search of an ideal marital abode for their blended family.
Amid swirling rumors suggesting an impending divorce, a source informed TMZ that their real estate agent has been actively ‘showing the house for around 2 weeks’ without securing a buyer thus far. According to the insider, ‘they’re asking around $65 million for the house.’
Given the ‘significant money’ invested in enhancements by the 51-year-old Oscar winner and the 54-year-old singer, the outlet suggests they may incur a ‘loss of millions of dollars.’
TMZ additionally reported Lopez’s initiative in ‘already looking for a new house’ as Affleck temporarily resides in a $100,000-per-month rental in Brentwood, close to his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
Earlier this week, photographs of their opulent marital home’s interior resurfaced on realtor websites, subsequent to their removal following the property’s sale to the couple last May.
