The great Kait posted a video on her Instagram Story Monday night, sharing her prediction for Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final. While her pick may not have surprised many, it was the location of her video that grabbed attention.
The Oilers superfan, known for flashing her breasts during Game 6 of the Western Conference final, filmed her latest clip in the shower, wearing only an Oilers baseball hat and drinking a hard seltzer.
“Hey you bunch of beauties, what’s going on today?” she began before taking a sip from her drink. You guys liked my last thinking place so much, I thought I’d share one more with you,” she added, gesturing around the shower, which features a sign reading “Reserved parking: Oilers fans only. I come here to get my most important decisions made, have a little drinky-poo once in a while.”
Kait, whose Instagram account gives her last name as Flynn, then recalled her conversation with Paul Bissonnette of the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast from earlier in the day, during which the former NHLer-turned-analyst asked for her Game 7 pick.
“So, I was just talking with my good buddy Biz on Spittin’ Chiclets and he said ‘what do you think’s going to happen to tonight, Kait?’” referring to Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Oilers and Florida Panthers, which took place on Monday. “You don’t even have to ask, Biz. Without a doubt … McJesus (Connor McDavid) is going to lead the Oilers to victory and the Cup is coming back to Edmonton.”
Unfortunately for Kait and Oilers fans everywhere, her prediction did not come true – the Panthers won the game, capturing their first Cup in franchise history and extending the championship drought for Canadian NHL teams to 31 years.
Kait signed off the video by asking her fans to follow her during the game while promoting her latest partnership with Playboy. “So why don’t you beauties head over to my Playboy page … and see what the night has to bring.”
She then gave the camera a cheers with her drink before signing off with a hearty “Go Oilers!”
After rising to viral stardom for her celebratory flash earlier this month, the internet’s most famous Oilers fan had adult sites crawling all over themselves to sign her up.
Playboy sealed the deal, releasing sultry snaps from a photoshoot earlier this week.
“Meet Kait, the Oilers good luck charm,” Playboy said in a social-media post. “The Edmonton Oilers might not have the Stanley Cup just yet, but with Kait cheering them on, they’re unstoppable. Catch Kait over at The Playboy Club.”
After weeks of anonymity, Kait revealed her identity by making an appearance on the Spittin’ Chiclets podcast. A few days later, she posted a video on social media addressing her so-called haters.
“I thought long and hard about what I wanted to say to everybody,” Kait starts. “I just wanted to say that you could be the most perfect, godly f—ing person in the world, you could save kittens from a river if they were drowning, someone is still going to hate you. At the end of the day, I got drunk and whipped my tits out at an Oilers game and they went viral. F— you if you don’t like it.”
