Gerhard T., a 74-year-old man from Germany, faces charges of grievous bodily harm for allegedly targeting eight men between 2015 and 2019.
According to testimony at Erfurt District Court, his activities ceased after one severely injured victim sought assistance from an online community. Authorities investigated, questioned the victim, and located Gerhard T.
Reports indicated that the men had contacted him online to fulfill their s*xual fantasies and he purportedly conducted the procedures in his home, either on his sofa or kitchen table, charging up to £1,600 per session.
During a search of his residence, investigators discovered blood-stained surgical kidney dishes, scissors, tweezers, and a tying tube. Subsequent tests identified blood from multiple individuals.
Judge Udo Tietjen emphasized that the victims, although consenting to the procedures, would remain anonymous to protect their identities.
He said: ‘It is not intended for the public to know who had their genitals removed and how. That violates the s*xual and physical sphere of the victims.’
