The Duke and Duchess of Sussex embarked on their three-day journey to Nigeria on Friday. Although they traveled without their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, thoughts of them were close to their hearts.
During their initial engagements, they shared endearing anecdotes about their offspring. At the Lightway Academy in Abuja, Meghan, who will be spending Mother’s Day away from her children, couldn’t resist discussing her five-year-old son and nearly three-year-old daughter.
She shared insights into Lili’s favorite class and Archie’s passion for construction, among other things.
A Right Royal Podcast, Andrea Caamano and Emmy Griffiths are joined by ITV News’ Chris Ship to delve into Prince Harry’s brief return to the UK and his journey to Nigeria with Meghan.
“It’s not easy to do these things at the best of times, let alone with small children,” Emily explained further.
Chris added: “Also, Nigeria, a very, very big country that also has some of its own security issues at the moment. So, I would have thought they won’t be taking their kids if you ask me now.”
Even though the family is currently separated by vast distances, Archie and Lilibet are undoubtedly being cared for by their maternal grandmother, Doria Ragland, ensuring they are in good hands.
