Uncomfortable Situation As Queen Camilla Is Seen Moving To The Opposite Side Of The Car After A Public Appearance With King Charles

During a recent royal engagement, King Charles and Queen Camilla found themselves in a mildly amusing situation.

The 75-year-old monarch, who recently resumed public duties following his cancer diagnosis, accompanied the 76-year-old Queen on a visit to a Macmillan Cancer Centre at University College Hospital in London.

Despite the emotional significance of the day, Charles, optimistic about his progress, paid tribute to the medical staff involved in cancer treatment. However, he revealed plans to continue his cancer treatment later in the day.

As the royal couple prepared to depart, a light-hearted incident occurred. Upon entering the car, King Charles inadvertently took Queen Camilla’s seat in the back, resulting in a humorous mix-up.

With the Queen holding flowers, she opened the car door only to find her husband occupying her usual spot. Good-naturedly, she gracefully made her way to the other side of the vehicle.

Adding to the whimsy of the moment, King Charles sported a pink tie adorned with a T-Rex print.

This tie, first seen in January 2023 during visits to Norbrook Community Centre and Bolton Town Hall, made another appearance during a church service near the Sandringham estate in January 2024.

Believed to be a Christmas gift from one of his grandchildren, the tie holds significance as a playful nod to a family inside joke.

Charles humorously incorporates the initial “R” after his name to symbolize “Rex,” Latin for “King.”
