Sarah Ferguson Wears A £13,200 Dress While Displaying A Bracelet Inscribed With ‘Beatrice And Eugenie’

Sarah Ferguson appeared in high spirits on Thursday night as she attended the amFAR gala at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, wearing a bracelet with her daughters’ names on it. The Duchess of York, 64, waved enthusiastically to the press and was animated during the photo session.

Affectionately known as ‘Fergie’, the royal looked stunning in a custom-made £13,202 Lilith Cocktail Dress adorned with striking wispy sleeves and jewel embellishments designed to resemble raindrops.

The intricate floral design added to her elegant look, complemented by matching pearl earrings. She swept her signature red hair back and wore a gold bracelet inscribed with the names of her daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie.

Wearing jewellery engraved with children’s names is a favorite style of Meghan Markle, while Kate Middleton has also been seen wearing jewellery featuring her children’s initials.

The Duchess, who has been coping with a series of health issues, appeared in great spirits as she posed for photos. She accessorized with a white clutch bag and sparkling silver heels, enhancing the radiant effect of her outfit.

This appearance followed Princess Beatrice’s recent praise for her ‘incredible’ mother during a visit to school children in south London. The royal, 35, read to children and spoke fondly about her mother’s extensive collection of children’s books, emphasizing how stories foster imagination.

Sarah Ferguson joined celebrities like Bella Thorne, Kelly Rowland, Heidi Klum, and her daughter Leni at the star-studded event.

Earlier this year, the Duchess revealed she had been diagnosed with skin cancer in January, following a mastectomy for breast cancer. She underwent breast reconstruction surgery last year, during which several moles were removed, one of which was found to be malignant. Despite the distressing news, she has remained in good spirits.
