Congratulations are due to Queen Letizia and King Felipe, who celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on Friday.
To mark this special occasion, the Spanish royals released a series of beautiful, previously unseen family photos featuring their daughters, Princess Leonor, 18, and Infanta Sofía, 17.
The photos captured the royal family posing in the impeccably manicured gardens of the Royal Palace of Madrid. Letizia looked effortlessly chic in flattering white trousers paired with a hot pink blazer and classic white trainers.
Her brunette hair was impeccably blow-dried straight, with one side elegantly tucked behind her ear. For makeup, the queen of Spain chose elegant glam, with subtle brown smokey eyeshadow, warm bronzer, and pink lipstick.
Her teenage daughters mirrored their mother’s elegance and looked equally stunning. Princess Leonor wore white trousers paired with a soft baby blue blazer, while Infanta Sofía opted for an elevated white jacket with black edging and navy blue jeans.
Both princesses chose a subtle pink lip gloss and gentle mascara, enhancing their natural beauty as they smiled for the camera.
The family photos captured the exceptional bond between the princesses, who appeared close and affectionate in several shots, including one where they were arm in arm in front of an ornate fountain on the royal grounds.
Another photo showed a tender moment between King Felipe and Princess Leonor, with Felipe’s arm around his eldest daughter. He was dressed in a smart grey jacket, crisp white shirt, and navy blue trousers.
Felipe and Letizia married on May 22, 2004, at Madrid’s Almudena Cathedral. Letizia was a stunning bride, wearing one of the most expensive wedding gowns of all time, estimated to cost around £6 million.
