Struggling Manchester United player Marcus Rashford seems to be finding better fortune off the pitch, as he grows closer to Colombian-born model Erica Correa.
The pair was spotted getting cozy in the VIP section of a popular nightclub before leaving together through a rear exit.
According to a source, “Regardless of his performance on the field, Marcus seems to be hitting it off well outside of it. He appeared quite content in Erica’s company, enjoying each other’s company with obvious affection.”
Rashford, 26, had previously split from his fiancée Lucia Loi, whom he had been with for a decade, leading some fans to speculate about a loss of luck.
His struggles on the field have put his spot in the England squad for the upcoming Euros in Germany in jeopardy. However, fans are hopeful that Erica, 29, might bring him better fortune.
The couple was seen enjoying drinks and laughter at Blvd Manchester on Sunday, with security guiding them to a VIP section for an r’n’b night. Despite other models being present at the event, Rashford was reportedly focused solely on Erica.
At one point, the footballer’s entourage surrounded them as they engaged in a private conversation.
She later recalled: “I fell in love with the experience and there was no going back.” Her modelling job has led to her living in India, Greece, Italy and the US.
