An ex-policeman reportedly caught his wife with a married colleague who was his boss in a Screwfix car park.
What Happened?
Gavin Harper, 45, found his police constable partner Stephanie Glynn and her married lover Andrew McLullich, also an officer, in the back of his rival’s Kia 4 x 4.
He caught them as he tracked her car to the car park in Birkenhead, Merseyside. Harper then flung open the rear door of Mr McLullich’s car and filmed the half-naked couple having sex.
Court Ruling
Harper has since been found guilty of stalking, but he avoided going to jail.
It was claimed he shouted, ‘I’ve got you on film s******* my wife,’ and immediately began hitting him and called him a ‘cheating b******’.

What Harper Said
Harper denied starting the violence and said that Mr McLullich, 42, repeatedly attacked him and that he had punched back three or four times in self-defence. He said his wife also kicked him to the side, which she denied.
The 45-year-old was cleared of wounding after a two-week trial at Liverpool Crown Court but was found guilty of stalking with intent to cause serious alarm or distress to Ms Glynn, including placing trackers on her car.
