Duchess Sophie made a striking appearance at an event on Thursday night to show her support for the skin charity Debra UK.
The 59-year-old royal opted for the ‘Allover Exotic Floral-Print Silk Dress in Navy’ by Etro, featuring a vibrant oversized floral print in bright yellow and pops of pink.
The knee-length dress boasted a round neckline, ruched capped sleeves, and a cinched waist, creating the perfect tea dress silhouette.
She paired the ensemble with ivory satin kitten heels adorned with a trendy bow detail at the toes and a slingback. Completing her look were simple gold jewelry pieces, including a pendant necklace and drop earrings.
As always, her hair was styled in a light and bouncy blowdry, and her makeup kept natural.
In her capacity as patron, the Duchess attended the Debra UK charity event, which supports individuals living with the painful genetic skin blistering condition, epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
A caption accompanying a series of photos posted on Instagram by The Brother’s Trust, an organization dedicated to amplifying the work of underrepresented charities, highlighted Sophie’s participation in the event.
“Inspired to hear an impassioned speech by Debra Patron HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh who has been central to gaining a breakthrough into drug repurposing which will dramatically improve patients’ lives suffering with EB,” the charity penned.
