Jade Ramey has come out to set some records straight amid allegations that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs employed her as a sex worker.
Model producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones’ made the claims when he named her as one of ‘the women who were paid a monthly fee to work as Mr. Combs’ sex workers.’Â
Details of the Lawsuit
In the lawsuit, he alleged that Diddy was sex trafficking and paying a monthly stipend to Ramey as well as City Girls rapper Yung Miami and 50 Cent’s ex, Daphne Joy — who has also denied the claims.Â
Rebuffing the statement, the 30-year-old told ET: ‘Yes, I dated someone. Dating someone doesn’t directly correlate to any of the false allegations made.’
She Hates the Accusation
‘How unfortunate we’ve entered a time where caring for someone or falling in love is worthy of scrutiny in the court of public opinion,’ she continued.
‘What may be amusing for you is real life for others,’ she continued. ‘And my feelings have never been for entertainment, nor are they up for discussion.’
She added: ‘We need to be more conscious as a society when ridiculing people’s lives and relationships merely for enjoyment.’
‘I appreciate everyone’s kind messages and support during this time,’ she concluded.
What’s Going on Between Diddy and Lil Rod Jones?
In February, Jones claimed he ‘secured irrefutable evidence of illicit activity’ and filed a bombshell lawsuit, suing Combs for sexual assault and harassment.
He filed the lawsuit in the Federal District Court in Manhattan and accused Combs of subjecting him to alleged drugging, sexual assault and humiliation.
He also alleged that he was not paid the agreed upon $50,000 for his work on Combs’ The Love Album: Off the Grid release in September 2023.
In a statement shared with Us Weekly through his lawyer, Combs denied the accusations and called Jones a ‘liar.’
