A married teacher Jessica Sawicki has been arrested over an alleged sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student after they were caught in ‘states of undress’ in back of the teen’s car.
What Happened?
The English teacher of seven years is accused of sexually assaulting the student – after she was caught in the act in a nature preserve which is about a 20-minute drive from the school.
When it Started
According to an affidavit of probable cause, obtained by The Post, Sawicki allegedly confessed to authorities that she and the teenager had met at least five times to have ‘unprotected sex‘ since December – not on the school property though.
After the school learned of the investigation involving Sawicki, they placed her on administrative leave.

Statement From School
In a statement posted on the school’s website, the principal, Brian Smith, and the Superintendent, Scott Rocco, said: ‘Our school district was made aware of a police investigation involving a teacher who works at Hamilton High West.
What Will Happen to Jessica?
As a result of the information gathered, the school district took immediate action to place the individual on administrative leave’.
Jessica Sawicki has now been charged with five counts of second-degree sexual assault and five counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
