Sharon Osbourne has admitted the reason she signed up as Celebrity Big Brother’s house lodger and it is to reunite with her long-time friend Louis Walsh.
Though, the reality star queen, 71, will only stay for a short amount of time due to the health of her husband Ozzy Osbourne, yet she comes to bring smiles on his face during the alleged short time.
The rockstar was diagnosed with Parkinson’s back in 2019, and Sharon has now revealed the real reason she went on the show was to reunite with Louis for Ozzy’s entertainment.
How Ozzy Loved Sharon and Louis Combo!
Speaking to The Sun prior to her appearance in the house, the former X Factor judge confessed that her husband loves watching old clips of her and Louis from their time on the hit singing show, prompting her to want to create more iconic moments.
Discussing the clips she told the publication: ‘My husband is always looking at them and he’s always saying, “Oh God, you and Louis, what a couple’. And so it makes him laugh.
‘And then I think, “oh well…” because Ozzy’s quite hard to make laugh and he just loves watching them.’
Ozzy’s Health Update
At the beginning of the series, Sharon gave update on Ozzy’s health: ‘He’s doing ok, it’s hard for him but he’s doing ok. He’s already started to complain. I had my last phone call with him on the way here and he was miserable.’
Sharon also opened up about her friendship with Louis as their time together on CBB marks the first time they have been on screen together since 2017.
However Sharon insisted that the pair have continued to be close since their time on X Factor together ended.

Secret to Their Friendship
Speaking about the secret to their friendship, she admitted: ‘What’s the secret to our friendship? A very naughty sense of humour. Very naughty, very, very naughty. I don’t know what it is. I think we’ve got a similar sense of humour and sense of fun and naughtiness mischief.’
The star said she doesn’t see The X Factor ever coming back as she explained the music industry has changed so much and now new artists are discovered on social media.
However it seems this isn’t the only reason why Sharon doesn’t believe there will be an X Factor reunion, remember she has said she would never work with Simon Cowell again?
