Princess Leonor accompanied her parents on a tranquil evening in Zaragoza on Thursday, exuding effortless casual elegance. The Spanish Princess, aged 18, was seen twinning with her mother, Queen Letizia, aged 51, as they ventured out to Hotel Restaurante El Patio in Zaragoza alongside King Felipe, all donning matching striped sweaters from Zara.
Leonor embraced a relaxed yet stylish look, pairing her light-wash blue jeans with distressed white trainers, a checked scarf in oatmeal and rosy pink tones from Mango, and a black puffer jacket. Her hair was pulled back into a high ponytail, while her mother opted for a sleek straight bob tucked behind one ear.
Letizia complemented her striped jumper with black straight-leg jeans and chunky loafers from Hugo Boss. However, the standout piece of her ensemble was her ultra-cool black leather jacket, reminiscent of the 90s aesthetic in the most fashionable manner.
The three royals were stood with the staff from the restaurant in a photo posted to their Instagram. “Yesterday we had a very special visit, it was an honor to serve you, thank you for choosing us,” the caption read.

Queen Letizia has maintained a low profile this week. Her most recent public appearance was on 21 March, when she attended The DISCAPNET Awards for Accessible Technologies at Espacio por Talento Digital in Madrid.
In contrast, Princess Leonor’s public outings are rare occurrences. The young royal’s last sighting alongside her parents was during the New Year’s Military Parade in January.
Leonor was attired in military uniform, while her mother impressed in an all-black ensemble complete with a fur-trimmed cape and a black straight-cut skirt. Upon removing her coat inside the palace, Letizia revealed an elegant high-neck blouse.
In August 2023, the young princess embarked on her military training in Zaragoza, marking a bustling year for the royal, during which she also completed her studies at UWC Atlantic, a boarding school in Wales, affirmed her commitment to the Spanish flag, and celebrated her 18th birthday.
The Princess of Asturias, accompanied by her parents, departed from Plaza de la Armería to proceed to the Embajadores Hall, where they were welcomed by staff from National Heritage and the Military Fourth.
Leonor also carried out her responsibilities as the future queen when she observed her father officially inaugurating the 14th Spanish Legislature, which saw a coalition government led by President Pedro Sánchez.
The Princess exuded elegance in a bottle green dress with fluted sleeves and complemented the ensemble with nude heels. In addition to her military commitments, Leonor holds the honorary presidency of the Princess of Asturias Foundation.
The foundation describes itself as “a non-profit private institution whose essential aims are to contribute to extolling and promoting those scientific, cultural, and humanistic values that form part of the universal heritage of humanity and consolidate the existing links between the Principality of Asturias and the title traditionally held by the heirs to the Crown of Spain.”
