Coronation Street star Tina O’Brien ‘given A WEEK off’ soap after recent attack left her ‘traumatised’

Tina O’Brien needs a break to cool her emotions and nerves after a recent attack outside her £1million mansion that has left her ‘traumatised’. 

Now, actress has been given time off work as she enjoyed total support from her ITV bosses.

A friend told The Sun that the 40-year-old ‘has been left really shaken’ and she has been told take a week off to recover. 

How The Brawl Happened

The actress ran out of her house as a brawl broke out on her quiet street at around 8pm on Friday, March 15.

At the start of the footage, Tina, who was wearing a black and white striped top and pink jogging bottoms, can be seen trying to calm tensions between two female youths, but the situation escalated as the youths pounced on her.

The Coronation Street actress was seen having her hair pulled and being punched as she wrestled one youth during the brawl last Friday outside her home in Bramhall, Stockport.

On Thursday night, a source told The Sun: ‘Tina went straight to meet her Corrie bosses this morning. ‘She told them she was the victim here, and they have accepted that. They also think the incident has traumatised her so have been very sympathetic.’
