Cara Delevingne‘s $7million mansion in Los Angeles was severely gutted in a massive fire that tore apart the property in the early hours of Friday morning.

Luckily, the British supermodel who is going through a lot is not in the mansion when fire destroyed her home.
She’s been performing at the Playhouse Theatre in London as Sally Bowles in ‘Cabaret’ and was photographed Thursday night out on the town, according to sources.
At first, Cara, 31, had thought her beloved two cats had perished in the fire, but she found a little solace when she learned that her pets had in fact been saved by firefighters.
In a now-deleted post, Cara had written alongside a picture of the two animals: ‘My heart is broken today. I cannot believe it. Life can change in a blink of an eye. So cherish what you have.’
She later told fans in an Instagram post: ‘They are alive!! Thank you to the firefighters,’ according to TMZ.
Cara’s Health Update
Recently, Cara opened up about her commitment to sobriety recently, after years of partying lead to her having a stint in rehab.
Firefighters rushed to the scene after a 911 call was made around 3:57am PST, per TMZ.
At The Scene
A total of 94 firefighters showed up to fight the blaze arriving in 13 different engines. It took the firefighters over two hours to put the fire out.
Four ambulances were also sent to the scene, according to the outlet.
Number of Injured
As it is, one firefighter was injured falling off a ladder while trying to put the fire out, though the extent of his injuries are not known at this point, then one occupant who was in the home at the time of the blaze was treated for smoke inhalation.
The cause of fire is yet to be known.
