4 dead, 3 wounded after men in ‘dark-colored masks’ open FIRE at California party

A manhunt is underway in King City, California after four people were killed while attending a party.

Around 6:00 p.m. local time on Sunday, the King City Police Department was dispatched to a residence on a report of shots fired, according to a press release from police.

At The Crime Scene

Three adult males were found deceased at the scene, while an adult woman was among the four people who had been wounded.

She Lost The Battle Eventually

She was transported to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. The other three adult males who were injured sought medical treatment at Natividad Hospital in Salinas, California, per the release.

Authorities determined that there had been a party at the residence and several people were in the front yard at the time of the shooting.

According to the police, a silver Kia pulled up to the home, three men got out and ‘shot multiple rounds at the partygoers in the front yard,’ before getting back in their car and fleeing the scene.

The Men Are Still at Large

The suspects were wearing ‘dark-colored clothing and had dark-colored masks over their heads,’ police said. They have not been identified, nor have they been caught.

King City police describe the three male suspects as ‘armed and dangerous,’ and encourage anyone who sees them or the silver Kia they were driving to call 911.
