ORLANDO – A Frontier Airlines flier who flashed and threatened to kill her fellow passengers was hit with federal charges.
According to source, 60-year-old Dulce Huertas is facing federal charges after a viral meltdown aboard a Frontier flight, in which she dropped her pants and underwear before allegedly threatening to kill other passengers.
‘I have to Pee’
Huertas had two cocktails during the flight from Orlando to Philadelphia. When the flight was about the land, she allegedly stood up and announced ‘I have to pee.’
A flight attendant, who was identified only as ‘R.G.,’ asked Huertas to sit back down, according to The Post, which reported that Huertas instead began cursing at the woman before ultimately returning to her seat.
‘After the plane landed and was taxiing to the gate, Huertas began cursing at passengers around her,’ a federal complaint signed by FBI Special Agent Kyle Kapron and obtained by The Post stated. ‘R.G. asked flight attendant M.P. to call security to assist at the arrival gate.’

Details of How Things Unfolded
Huertas allegedly shoved her way past other passengers to try and get to the lavatory, but airline staff blocked her path.
‘Sorry, everybody,’ Huertas announced, then ‘pulled down her pants and underwear down as she squatted as if to urinate in the aisle.’
‘Huertas displayed her anus and genitalia’ in front of passengers, some of whom were children, the complaint obtained by The Post read, which went on to say that Huertas did not urinate on the floor.
Per The Post, citing the affidavit, Huertas attempted to approach the front of the plane once again, but was blocked by staff a second time.
‘M.P. was concerned that Huertas would open one of the external doors and activate an emergency slide. In her attempt to get past S.K., Huertas used her belly to bump S.K.,’ the complaint obtained by The Post read.
After she was unable to get past the airline staff, Huertas allegedly threatened to kill several passengers.
Charges Against her
Citing the complaint filed Monday in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Huertas is facing the following charges: Indecent exposure in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States, Interfering with flight crew members and attendants, and Simple assault.
