Amanda Holden poses NUDE as she rings in her 53rd birthday with raciest snap yet in Cape Town

She’s known for turning heads with her risqué looks.

And Amanda Holden rang in her 53rd birthday on Friday with her raciest social media update yet as she posed nude.

What’s Her Secret to Youthful Glow?

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, who has jetted away for a holiday in Cape Town, South Africa, also revealed the secrets to her youthful glow.

Perching on the edge of a cliff in her ‘birthday suit’ Amanda showed off her incredible figure.

Sharing another photo to her Instagram Story the presenter could be seen wearing a bright red bikini as she strolled across the beach.

Speaking in an interview, Amanda revealed that drinking lots of water and avoiding ‘people pleasing’ keeps her looking young.

Details of What She Said

She told The Express: ‘I drink loads of water because I’m on Heart Breakfast every morning. I don’t deny myself anything. I think being happy and confident shines.

‘I’ve got good people around me, I surround myself with good people, and I put my energy into the people who deserve it. I don’t try to people please as much as I did anymore.

‘I think all of that really helps you feel confident and helps the glow. If you feel good on the inside you will feel good on the outside.’

Britain’s Got Talent Into Chaos

Last week, Amanda reportedly thrown the Britain’s Got Talent into chaos, as she followed in the footsteps of judge Bruno Tonioli by breaking a major rule.

Auditions for the new series have continued in Manchester, and it’s been reported that Amanda pressed her Golden Buzzer for one act, despite having used hers in London already.

The Heart FM presenter was reportedly wowed by a Japanese comedian who performed impressions with his hair, and pressed the buzzer that would send him straight through to the semi-finals.

This series has seen the judges be far more generous when it comes to pressing the coveted Golden Buzzer, with Simon Cowell, Amanda and Bruno all hitting the button within the first 20 acts of the auditions.

A source told The Sun: ‘Bruno was almost moved to tears watching his golden buzzer dance act – and was first to slam down on the button so hard that it cracked.

‘He was shortly followed by Simon, who sent a Japanese dance act through to the live shows.

‘And finally, Amanda was impressed by a female theatre singer that she was keen to give a shot in the live rounds and was last to press the buzzer.’
