Adele fans have raged that they’ve been left out of pocket after the singer postponed the next leg of her Las Vegas residency due to sickness.
Days after revealing she’d been placed on vocal rest, the singer, 35, shared the sad news that all 10 of her March shows would be pushed back to a later date after being ordered to rest on ‘doctors orders.’
Adele is due to wrap up her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in June, and is thought to be earning around £1.5 million per show.
Fans Are Frustrated
Many fans have been left frustrated that they can’t make the rescheduled dates as they have already spent money on plane tickets and hotels for when they thought it would be.
Fans won’t be able to get a refund as she hasn’t cancelled the shows – just rescheduled them.
One said in reaction on Twitter: ‘I really feel for all the Brits and Aussies who are in Vegas this weekend and spent a lot of money to see Adele. What a s**t thing to happen. She’s so flaky.’
Another penned: ‘Oh man. This is the second time this has happened to me and my wife. First time in London 2018. Total bummer. Get well soon. :-(.’
‘This was a gift to myself for my birthday’
A third said: ‘This was a gift to myself for my birthday. My family made plans & we bought tickets/booked the hotel. I’ve been through 3 Ticketmaster headaches & it was all for nothing. I want to say I’m shocked but I’m not, just disappointed. I don’t want crocodile tear apologizes anymore.’
Someone else said: ‘Adele this has become a norm. Not finishing your shows. Do better. If you’re don’t like doing plenty shows, then stop doing them.’

A fifth said: ‘So who’s paying me back for the expenses of my trip that are non refundable?.’
Another tweeted: ‘I want to say I’m shocked but I’m not, just disappointed. I don’t want crocodile tear apologizes anymore.’
Someone else wrote: ‘Well, this is not fair. We have tickets, rooms, airlines, everything paid […] So not right Adele, you should’ve did this two months ago [instead] of people buying everything to Vegas.’
Whilst one person said: ‘She did this last year. She shouldn’t commit to dates if she can’t handle that number of shows.’
