HEALTH – Snoop Dogg can breathe a sigh of relief, as his daughter Cori Broadus, 24, has returned home from the hospital after her stroke.

She announced last Thursday that she had a ‘severe stroke’ that morning, but by Sunday she revealed the condition of her kidneys was ‘improving so much.’

This Wednesday, she shared on Insta Stories that she had undergone a CT scan and the results indicated she could be discharged that very day.

‘My ct scan of my chest came back normal and I’m going home today I can prolly cry omgggg,’ she wrote, adding an emoji that had eyes welling up with tears.

Having received an outpouring of well wishes on social media, she added: ‘Thank you thank you for the continuous prayers, love etc’.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, Cori shared a snap of a living room, featuring a banner that read ‘Welcome Home.’

She then placed three excited emojis that had tongues sticking out on the snap.

Fears Were Dispelled

The development came two days after Snoop gave the public an update on Cori, who herself had revealed her ‘kidneys were doing terrible’ after her stroke.

The 52-year-old legendary rapper – born Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. – put on a brave face at the premiere of Underdoggs on Tuesday night.

The mogul was asked on the red carpet about how his daughter was doing to which he responded: ‘She’s doing a little bit better.’

He was then asked if Cori’s health scare has put life into perspective from him.

Snoop answered: ‘Yeah, yeah. Something like that.’
