Royal fans have raved online about how tall Prince George is – and how much he looks like his father Prince William.
Eagle-eyed enthusiasts reacted to the royals’ official Christmas card for 2023, which includes a striking black and white photograph of the family together. Prince George stands beside his mother, with Prince Louis stood beside William and Princess Charlotte sat on a chair in front of her relatives.
And in the snap, George is neck-height to Kate, and almost shoulder-height to his father in the portrait. It is understood Kate is around 5ft 7in and George, aged just 10, continues to grow.
Sharing their surprise on Facebook, royal fans said the young heir takes after his father, who himself is over 6ft 7in tall. One woman said: “My goodness he’s so tall.” Another posted: “It looks like Prince George had a growth spurt.”
Comments were also shared on social media, including X, formerly known as Twitter, after George was snapped out with his siblings and parents at Kate’s Together at Christmas carol concert on Friday at Westminster Abbey.
One royal fan posted on X on Friday: “Prince George looks so much like Prince William.” Another shared: “In some pics, George looks like William and in others; he looks like the Spencers (Princess Diana’s family).” A further user wrote: “George and Charlotte look like William. Louis looks like Kate.”
