- The knifeman, 28, who ‘lay in wait’ for her to return from the school run is arrested
A heavily pregnant woman who was stabbed multiple times in a ‘targeted’ attack has been named – as police quiz the knifeman who posted warped videos of her and her children on TikTok moments before pouncing on her.
Mother-of-two Andreea Pintilli, 29, and her unborn baby both miraculously survived being stabbed by an attacker who was ‘lying in wait’ outside the family home in Aberfan, south Wales, Tuesday as she returned from taking her children to school.
Police arrested a 28-year-old man from Merthyr, who is known to the victim, on suspicion of attempted murder after a seven-hour manhunt.
On the morning of the attack the alleged knifeman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, shared a music video on TikTok with lyrics in Romanian referring to a relationship break-up.
‘Be sure that karma will not forgive you,’ the lyrics read.

‘You think it’s your right to hurt me so much. I won’t judge you, God will.’
He also pinned videos of Andreea where he talked of his ‘agony’, and of her two children, which he captioned ‘only memories remain’.
A horrified witness revealed how the woman, who is 37-weeks-pregnant, was knifed twice in the back as she attempted to shield her unborn child from the onslaught.
Police said the woman’s injuries are not life threatening and it’s understood there are ‘no issues’ with her baby due to be born at Christmas.
The suspect is being held in custody at Merthyr Tydfil Police station.
The Times reports that both the woman, from Romania and her unborn baby survived being stabbed by the suspect, also from Romania, ‘at least five times’ with a large knife in a horrifying daylight attack.
