A woman who shed 15 pounds in three months has revealed her three tips for losing weight while still eating your favorite foods.

Natalie Arnell, from Oregon, went from 171 pounds to 156 pounds after completing the viral 75 Hard Challenge, a strict 75-day lifestyle program created by entrepreneur and podcast host Andy Frisella.

Top three weight loss tips

Every day, for nearly 11 weeks, she ate in a calorie deficit, drank a gallon of water, read 10 pages of a book, and completed two 45-minute workouts, one of which was outdoors.

Arnell documented the meals and workouts that helped her drop 15 pounds on TikTok, where she uses the handle @getfittwithnatt.

Before

In a recent video, she shared her top three weight loss tips for those who want to make healthier choices without taking on the 75 Hard Challenge.

Arnell’s first recommendation was to make ‘healthier versions of your favorite foods at home’ instead of going out to eat or ordering takeout.

‘You control the quality of the ingredients this way,’ she explained. Arnell ate in a calorie deficit and consumed 2,100 calories a day while following the strict program.

She shared in previous videos that her meals mostly consisted of seafood or steak, vegetables, and a carbohydrate such as rice.

But she also made healthier homemade versions of whatever she was craving, including pizza and French toast.

Now

She shared that she had dessert every day and still lost weight.

Arnell’s second advice was to ‘cut down on alcohol consumption.’

Alcohol is forbidden on the 75 Hard Challenge, so instead of imbibing, she focused on her daily water intake.

She noted that alcohol tends to be high in calories and ‘most people don’t just stop at one drink.’

Arnell’s final tip was to get ‘at least 30 minutes of movement daily.’

She did not one but two workouts a day while following the program, but one of them was always a walk outside.

‘Do not underestimate the power of walking every day,’ she said.

‘It took me three whole years to figure out that making my favorite food at home, walking daily, low-impact workouts, [and] drinking a lot of water will give me the body of my dreams,’ she explained in another clip.

‘You can eat the damn pizza and still lose weight,’ she added. ‘Enjoy life and don’t restrict yourself too much!’
