Just 12 months ago, two of TV’s popular morning show hosts were sneaking around in New York City, enjoying flirty rendezvous at Midtown pubs and setting off on secret romantic getaways upstate – blissfully unaware that their passionate love affair was soon to become public.

The fallout from the scandal was indeed so explosive, what resulted was the end of the two married co-stars’ lucrative television gigs as well as their respective marriages.
But nearly a year after DailyMail.com blew the lid off of the clandestine romance, Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes have proved solid and no longer have anything to hide.
They are back together
And this week the pair were looking happy in love as ever during a series of lunchtime dates around Manhattan – in what appeared to be a boozy start to the Thanksgiving holiday break.
The couple kicked off with an early lunch – or late breakfast – and margaritas on Tuesday at Mexican restaurant Mezcalino in downtown Manhattan.

They arrived just before 11:30am and sat at a window-side table where Robach could be seen sinking two drinks to Holmes’s one, while they giggled and chatted over their meal.
Another lunch date, and another…
About an hour and a half later, the lovers scuttled out of the restaurant and made their way back to Holmes’s apartment together.
The couple had enjoyed another lunch date just a few days earlier, when they were snapped leaving a restaurant in the Financial District – not too far from Holmes’s place.
No longer daunted by the prospect of being seen, Robach and Holmes held hands and were all smiles as they stepped out on the sidewalk.
They once again returned to his apartment building where they spent a few hours together before hugging and kissing goodbye and going their separate ways.
