A fiery debate has been sparked as food lovers show off their new obsession that sees them topping their slice of pepperoni pizza with honey.
TikTok has seen its fair share of food fads – but this trend of people drizzling their pie with the sweet condiment has left people shocked.
One of these honey connoisseurs is US-based content creator Natalie Ludwig, who has gone viral for reviewing food on camera, took to the video-sharing platform to share her thoughts on the combination.
Other users followed in her footsteps and gave the mix a try.
But they triggered much discussion, with people online slamming those who ate honey on their pizza, while some praised the content creators for their suggestion.
The clip Natalie shared of herself eating honey on pizza on TikTok has so far amassed more than 160,000 views.

She captioned it: ‘Honey on pizza is elite.’ At the beginning of the clip, she said: ‘Please, please go and try honey on your pizza.’
While dipping her slice of pepperoni pizza in a saucepan of honey, the foodie added: ‘Honey and pizza is such a good combo. It’s sweet and savory. It’s so divine.’
Another user, who goes by @rissespbcup, duetted Natalie’s video and gave pizza with honey a try.
In her taste-test video, she raved about the combination. She added: ‘Honey on Pizza! Have you guys tried this before? I was missing out. Big time.’
