The devastated family of JLS dancer Jack Pointer Mackenzie told how they have been left heartbroken by his ‘senseless’ death.
Superfit Jack, 35, had ‘everything to live for’ when his body was discovered at his flat in north London on September 1.
The cause of death
Loved ones said they were still battling to come to terms with the tragedy saying the cause is yet to be revealed.
They were not aware of any illness he was suffering and insist he did not take his own life.
Jack’s distraught father Bren told MailOnline: ‘There are no suspicious circumstances.’
He continued: ‘We’ve got an interim death certificate. We’re waiting to hear from the coroner for the full report and with that we will get the cause of death.
‘He was a very fit young man. As well as his dancing he was a runner.
‘He did marathons, half marathons. He did yoga, cycling.’That makes it all the more difficult to process and try to get our heads round.’

Jack’s mother Mary added: ‘We don’t know how he died but it wasn’t suicide. It doesn’t make any sense.
‘It’s still in the coroner’s court. The cause of death hasn’t been established. They have taken samples. It could be seven weeks before we know.’
Who was Jack Pointer?
Jack, a renowned dancer, choreographer and filmmaker, was found dead at his flat in Kentish Town, north London on September 1.
He was living alone while awaiting for a new flatmate to move in.
He lived around two miles from the family home where Jack’s parents are battling to come to terms with their grief alongside Jack’s sisters Rosa, 30, and Martha, 34.
