Kanye West‘s ‘wife’ Bianca Censori has been raising plenty of eyebrows with her outrageous wardrobe choices.
And on Monday, the Yeezy architect, 28, made a bold – and likely uncomfortable – fashion choice as she stepped out with the Heartless rapper, 46, in Florence.
Bianca strutted around in a pair of Perspex heels, which showed her squished toes encased in the fogged-up plastic.
She opted for the PVC transparent stilettos, which made her feet looked slightly sweaty an as she enjoyed a day of shopping with the rapper.
The footwear also appeared to have turned a slight yellow colour, perhaps stained from fake tan or bronzed body makeup.
Bianca also put on a busty display wearing a nude-colored strapless bandeau top that revealed her nipples and tiny black shorts.
Kanye and Bianca were seen walking hand-in-hand as they explored several stores in the city together.
The couple have garnered backlash amid their lengthy vacation in Italy, from the scandalous ensembles to an indecent exposure controversy.
Bianca has stepped out on several occasions with her bare breasts clearly visible beneath see-through mesh outfits.
Among them was the outrageous nude catsuit – which saw her forced to cover her nipples with a black cross-body bag.
Fashion designer Kayne is widely believed to be behind all of the Melbourne-born beauty’s recent and controversial looks.

Meanwhile, the couple sparked controversy when they were seen in a water taxi in Venice, with Kayne exposing his buttocks while sitting on the back of the boat.
Kayne’s wife was seen crouched down between his legs – and the couple were later banned from future boat rides and accused of public indecency by Italian officials.
