Gwyneth Paltrow shared a sweet photo with her daughter, Apple Martin, on Instagram Monday as she shared some summer memories — and the duo looked ready to take on Tropical Storm Hilary in their coordinating green wellies.
“OOTD summer roundup” the Goop founder, 50, captioned her carousel of photos, which included a rainy-day snap with the 19-year-old daughter she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin.
In the pic, both Paltrow and Martin wear green Hunter Original Tall Boots — Paltrow’s paired with a white puffed-sleeve blouse and gingham Rosie Assoulin shorts, Martin’s with a cream-colored vintage Gucci dress ($3,500) possibly inherited from her famous mom.
Loved by the likes of Kate Moss, Meghan Markle and Taylor Swift (to name but a few), the classic wellies typically retail for around $150, but are currently on sale at Amazon for as little as $83.
The “Shallow Hal” actress also shared some solo pics of her own summer looks, which ranged from a striped Brunello Cucinelli shirt tucked into white shorts to a wide-legged pair of Lunya pajama pants ($148).
Fans and famous friends were loving the outfits — like Camila Cabello, who left three hearts on the post, and Kate Hudson, who commented, “You’re just damn cute.”
This mother/daughter duo have starred in several fun twinning posts over the years, matching in everything from eye masks to string bikinis.
And while Apple is a budding style star in her own right — having made her front row debut at Chanel’s Paris Fashion Week show in January — she’s also borrowed some of her mom’s memorable looks.
In June, Paltrow even shared a snap of her daughter trying on her controversial Alexander McQueen gown from the 2002 Oscars.
