Social media influencer Annabelle Ham has died at the age of 22.
Annabelle is said to have died on Saturday, with the news having been shared by women’s fraternity Alpha Omicron Pi on Facebook.
The cause of death has yet to be announced.Her family and friends have paid tribute on social media, with Annabelle having been described as ‘one of a kind,’ ‘a light to the world’ and ‘a special person’ in such posts.
The content creator is understood to have more than 77,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel as well as a similar amount of followers on her Instagram account.
A post on a Facebook page for Alpha Omicron Pi suggested that Annabelle was a member of its Beta Zeta branch at Kennesaw State University in Georgia, and paid tribute.
The post read: ‘Annabelle lived a vibrant life, brought smiles into every situation, and was cherished by all who knew her. […] Our sisterhood is completely heartbroken for the Ham family and for a beautiful life tragically cut short.’
Alexandria Ham, who is understood to be Annabelle’s sister, has been among those paying tribute.
She wrote: ‘There will never be words for how heartbroken my family and I are.
‘Annabelle was such a light to the world. A spark-plug. If you knew Annabelle, you loved her and loved being around her. She loved others so well too. Please keep my family in your prayers.’
