Victoria Beckham showcased her toned physique as she hit the gym in skin-tight black gym wear on Saturday.
The singer-turned-fashion designer, 49, worked up a sweat as she was put through her paces by celebrity personal trainer Bobby Rich.
Taking to Instagram, Victoria uploaded a slew of snaps giving her fans a glimpse into her customised workouts, which consisted of a leg and unexpected arm session.
Victoria looked stylish as ever and showed off her washboard abs in a black crop top and cycling shorts, which she paired with white trainers.
She styled her brunette tresses into a low ponytail, which she left fall over one shoulder and posed in front of the mirror with one leg pointed out.
The fitness fanatic posted a snap of herself holding on to a raised bar as she lifted herself off the ground and bended her legs.
She jokingly said ‘turns out it’s arms day too’ in a caption as her personal trainer appeared to have sprung some extra exercises on her.
Alongside one of mirror selfies, the mother-of-four also wrote: ‘Early workout! Kisses from the sunshine.’
Victoria has made no secret of her love of wellness and previously told Vogue Australia that she makes sure she does two morning workouts every day.
She revealed that she sticks to a dedicated routine when at home in London, waking at 6:45am every day and heading straight to the vast gym in the basement of the family’s lavish home in Holland Park.
After dropping her daughter Harper, 12, at school, she then takes part in a weights session with her long-standing personal trainer.
Victoria’s latest workout session comes after it was revealed she won’t appear at Glastonbury next year to mark the Spice Girls’ 30th anniversary.

A source close to Mrs Beckham told The Mail on Sunday that she wants to concentrate on her fashion label and will not tour with the band again.
‘Glastonbury is possible the coolest gig on the planet but Victoria won’t be doing it next year,’ they said.’
She has carved herself a career as a fashion designer that she has put blood, sweat and tears into, so singing is something she has to carefully consider.
