The youngest child of David and Victoria Beckham, Harper, has just turned 12-years-old and in a sweet tribute to her sister-in-law, Nicola Peltz shared a number of sweet snaps of her ‘matching tattoos’ with the pre-teen – but fans are not impressed.
Hundreds of Nicola’s social media fans have insisted that the former Transformers actress should not have posted images of Harper showing off her fake tattoo to celebrate her birthday as many mistook the false body ink as the real thing.
Actress Nicola, who is married to Harper’s eldest brother Brooklyn, 24, showed off her new ink on her lower back in the snap as Harper also lifted up her white tank to show off the same tattoo on her ribs.
‘Happy birthday to my baby sis Harper you are the most amazing girl I am so lucky to have you in my life,’ Nicola gushed. ‘I love you more than you even know! (Can we always match forever??)’
After sharing the post on her Instagram, hundreds of fans flocked to the comments to share their thoughts on Harper’s fake body ink as several claimed the images were ‘inappropriate’ for social media.
‘I fully believed that Harper had a tattoo at the age of 12 after laying eyes on this. This shouldn’t be on the internet,’ one fumed.
‘OMG I thought someone actually let a 12-year-old get a tattoo,’ another echoed.
While someone else complained: ‘Don’t think Nicola should really be posting these pics.’
Despite the tattoo drama, Harper appeared to have the birthday party of her dreams as she received several tributes on her special day – with her famous father David taking to Instagram to share a collection of wholesome photos alongside his daughter.
And if birthday presents are anything to go by, it seems that Harper may be following in her mum’s footsteps when it comes to fashion as she was gifted a Prada bag by her famous mum.
