Phillip Schofield has been dropped by a major UK retailer for which he produced a Christmas range.

The presenter, 61, launched a selection of stylish homeware and delicatessen type items with the huge company for Christmas last year.

The former Dancing On Ice presenter’s career is in tatters after he admitted to an ‘unwise but not illegal’ affair with a much younger runner on This Morning.

The revelation saw him resign from ITV with ‘immediate effect’, dropped by his agents of 35 years YMU and axed from King Charles’ charity The Prince’s Trust.

Wine company When in Rome, which produced a range of boxed wines with Schofield, also confirmed to The Drinks Business their partnership had ‘drawn to a natural conclusion.

Another major firm has followed suit and ended their working relationship with Schofield ‘at the beginning of the year.’

Boots decided to stop working with Phil earlier this year and Wednesday, removed all trace of his products from their website.

The former The Cube host fronted a range of gifts designed for home cooks for Boots last Christmas.

The range included an olive oil and balsamic vinegar pourer set, priced at £12.50, greek olives with a bowl and wooden spoon set, costing £18, and a £16 sharing board with chutney.

The items are no longer visible on the Boots website.

A spokesperson for the company told Metro: ‘We have already planned the majority of our Christmas range for 2023 and it does not include the Phillip Schofield food range. This decision was made at the beginning of the year.’
