Actor Bill Murray and ‘Milkshake’ singer Kelis are ‘dating’ after the Hollywood legend was spotted ‘at the side of the stage’ at one her shows in south London.
They originally met in the United States. It comes one year after Kelis lost her husband Mike Mora, who died from stage 4 stomach cancer aged 37.
His condition was first confirmed seven months prior and he was initially given just 18 months left to live.
Meanwhile, Bill has recently been spotted enjoying a concert by the songstress when she took on the Mighty Hoopla Festival in South London.
Backstage at the event, the pair posed for a cosy-looking photo.
A source told The Sun: ‘They’ve met up in the States before which got people in the industry talking, and now are meeting up in London while they’re both here. They’ve clearly hit it off.’
They continued: ‘But they’ve also both shared relatively recent bereavements and have that common bond between them.
‘They were both seen at the same hotel, and he’s been to watch her perform several times before he went to Mighty Hoopla [in South London].
‘Whatever it is that has brought them together, and however unlikely it seems, they are both single and are having fun despite the fairly big age gap.’
Bill is currently in London filming another edition of classic movie Ghostbusters.
He is reprising his famous role as Peter Venkman and will once again star alongside the original cast of the 1984 blockbuster.
Their alleged pairing would be the latest celeb coupling with an age difference, following the recent news that Al Pacino, 83, and his 29-year-old girlfriend are expecting their first baby together.
